This final set of episodes fall into three distinct narrative phases. They differ mainly in location, purpose of the investigation, and how close Raquel is to solving the mystery.
Episodes 32–45: The Mexico City Investigation –Raquel returns to the heart of Mexico City (D.F.) to finalize her international report. This phase shifts from the travel-heavy investigation of the previous pillars to a deep dive into the city’s archives, hospitals, and legal records. As the international branches of the family begin to converge in the capital, Raquel must navigate the delicate task of verifying birth records and meeting the legal heirs. The tension builds as the family prepares for the monumental task of revealing the truth to the patriarch, Don Fernando.
Episodes 46–52: The Resolution at La Gavia The 52-episode journey concludes where it all began—at the ancestral estate of La Gavia. In this final set, the remaining secrets of Don Fernando and Rosario are revealed, and long-standing emotional conflicts between the brothers and the new heirs are finally resolved. These episodes serve as a masterclass in reconciliation, closure, and the completion of the “Destino” that led Raquel across three continents. The series ends with a heartwarming reflection on the journey and a final farewell to the characters.
Episodio 32: Ha Habido un Accidente – Raquel’s arrival in Mexico is immediately overshadowed by a crisis. She learns that Angela’s brother, Roberto, has been trapped in a cave-in at an archaeological site. Instead of a smooth report to the Castillos, the focus shifts to the frantic rescue efforts and the emotional toll on the family.
Episodio 33: Si Supieras – As the rescue mission for Roberto continues, Raquel and Angela wait for news. The “detective” work is put on hold as the characters reflect on their family bonds. Raquel begins to realize how deeply entwined she has become with the Castillo-Iglesias family.
Episodio 34: Éxito – The tension breaks as Roberto is finally rescued from the tunnel. With the immediate life-and-death crisis resolved, Raquel can finally pivot back to her primary mission: presenting the evidence of Rosario’s life and Ángel’s legacy to the Castillo family in Mexico City.
Episodio 35: Reunidos – The international branches finally meet. Raquel facilitates the introduction between the Mexican Castillos and their newly discovered Puerto Rican and Argentine relatives. This episode focuses on the “culture shock” and the various reactions of Don Fernando’s children to their new siblings.
Episodio 36: ¿Qué Estarán Haciendo? – The family debates the next move. Now that everyone is in Mexico, they must decide the best way to present the truth to Don Fernando without endangering his health. Carlos’s financial troubles begin to surface, adding a layer of corporate intrigue to the family drama.
Episode 37: Llevando Cuentas –The focus shifts to the business side of the Castillo empire. While Raquel continues her documentation, the family deals with internal audits and the realization that their father’s legacy is more complicated than they imagined.
Episode 38: Ocultando La Verdad –Raquel and Arturo head to the archives and the university. They verify the final legal documents regarding Rosario’s life in Mexico, ensuring that the “paper trail” is bulletproof before the final confrontation at La Gavia.

Episodio 41: Aldo Inesperado – The investigation continues in the capital. Raquel and Arturo focus on the legalities of the estate, ensuring that the transition of information to the Mexican Castillos is handled with professional precision. Internal family conflicts arise as the Castillo brothers debate the ethics of keeping the truth from their father to protect his fragile health.
Episodio 42: Yo Invito – Arturo and Angela prepare for their first visit to the ancestral estate. A pivotal moment of family convergence. The different branches of the family tree—from Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Mexico—begin to realize the true scale of Don Fernando’s legacy as they prepare for the trip to the countryside. This episode highlights the cultural differences and shared heritage between the Argentine and Mexican branches of the family.
Episodio 43: Seremos Cuatro – The moment of truth. Trust becomes the central theme as the family finally decides how to approach Don Fernando. Don Fernando is told the secret that sparked the entire journey. Raquel acts as the anchor, providing the emotional and factual support needed for the family to move forward together. This episode is a masterclass in high-stakes, emotional Spanish dialogue.
Episodio 44: Una Promesa y Una Sonrisa – The fallout of the revelation begins to settle. The family starts to find common ground, and the focus shifts toward reconciliation and forgiveness. The characters prepare to leave Mexico City (D.F.). This episode marks the transition from the “Urban Search” to the “Ancestral Resolution,” as they say goodbye to the city and head toward the hacienda.
Episodio 45: ¡Estoy Harta! – With the mystery largely solved, the characters begin to discuss their individual futures and the legacy of the Castillo family in a modern Mexico. Just as the family prepares for the final meeting, a new revelation or “unexpected” turn in the family dynamics forces them to re-evaluate their approach, adding a final layer of tension before the resolution.
Episode 46: Las Empanadas –Raquel presents her comprehensive findings to the assembled family at La Gavia. This episode serves as a masterful “Series Review,” bringing together every clue from Spain, Argentina, and Puerto Rico into one final narrative.
Episode 47: Tengo Dudas –The emotional “holy grail” of the series. The contents of Rosario’s final message are shared, providing the closure Don Fernando has sought for decades and revealing the true depth of her love and her life in exile.
Episodio 48: Asi Fue I (¿Qué será?) –With the truth out, the family begins to look toward the future. Discussions about inheritance, the union of the different family branches, and the legal “destiny” of the Castillo estate take center stage.
Episodio 49: Asi Fue II (El futuro) – Focus shifts to the personal “Destinos” of our protagonists. Raquel and Arturo discuss what happens next for them now that the professional assignment is over.
Episodio 50: Asi Fue III (La despedida) – The “Grand Farewell.” A series of heartfelt goodbyes at La Gavia. The international family members prepare to return to their respective homes, forever changed by the journey Raquel initiated.
Episodio 51: Asi Fue IV (El fin) – The mystery is officially closed. All legal and emotional loose ends are tied up, and the legacy of Don Fernando is finally at peace. The series reaches its narrative conclusion as the “Destinos” of the Castillo family are finally secured.
Episodio 52: Siempre Lo Amó – The ultimate wrap-up. This final episode reflects on the 52-chapter journey, celebrating the student’s progress and providing a final, heartwarming conclusion to Raquel’s adventure.
